What's your return policy?
Paintings (Original Artwork)
All sales are final. Each original is one-of-a-kind, and I cannot accept returns or exchanges. If your painting arrives damaged, please contact me within 7 days of delivery with photos of the damage so I can assist with a resolution (repair advice, partial refund, or a replacement if possible and appropriate).

Prints
If you’re not completely happy with your print, contact me within 7 days of delivery for a full refund—no need to send it back.
If your print arrives damaged, I will send you a replacement at no extra cost. Please send photos of the damage within 7 days of delivery so I can process your replacement quickly.

For other merch
If you're unhappy with what you've received, please return the product you purchased within 7 days of receiving it. Once the product has been returned, a full refund will be issued.
If the product arrived damaged, please contact me and send photos of the damage within 7 days of it being delivered. I'll send you a replaecment of the product at no cost to you.


How much is shipping?
If you're located in the US, shipping is free for prints, paintings, and merchandise.
If you're located outside of the US, shipping costs vary. Shipping is calculated at checkout.


Do you accept commissions?
Yes, absolutely! Please reach out to me via my contact page or email me at abbymay@abby-mayart.com. If you know the colors you'd like and the size of the painting, please include those in your message.
